Copyright and Licence of the Mellin

1. Sam Smale retains the copyright to all databases, programs, spreadsheets and reports and analyses produced therefrom.
2. Sam Smale grants the Mellin a non-exclusive licence in perpetuity to distribute to the clubs and schools involved and display on official Mellin website copies of said reports and analyses free of charge provided it is made clear to all concerned that:-
3. this licence specifically prohibits this material or any copies thereof from being included in or associated with any commercial publication, project or venture.
4. Any copies made be accompanied by a notice of this restriction and must contain the copyright notice © Sam Smale and the year of the original.
5. Licences for use in a commercial venture are available and will not unreasonably be withheld.
